Hi froup, I want to take the cassette radio from a 2001 1.4 LX and
replace it with a CD player. I see them on ebay for 60 notes or so and
have asked if they come with code. Usually it's "yes".
Would it still need matching to the ecu or do I just bang the code in

Hi folks, my 1991 petrol 405 suddenly races like hell when cold, and only
when cold.  Cant do anything to slow it down, not even by pulling pedal up.
As it comes off choke it slows down untill almost normail when almost warm.
Sticking throttle cable or more sinister? choke?

now done 270,000 km without any serious issues and no previous
problems with cruise control.
Almost all operation of the car has been on motorway under cruise

Anyone know how much cooling liquid a Peugeot 406 1.8 16V holds ? I needed
to dump the contents due to a leaking tube and now want to fill it up again
using new and clean cooling fluid. Thanks.

I just picked up a '95 306 S16... great car!
But I'm getting a weird buzzing noise from the roof.  After much
head-scratching, I'm figuring it's maybe something to do with the climate
control interior temperature sensor??  Maybe there's a fan forcing air onto

test lamp shows pump getting power was wondering if theres an immbiliser
that cuts power to pump once starter is activated?? if its a fuse problem
which one ?? getting fuel to pump no problem but its not coming out pump
powerful enough to get to injectors

My indicator on my 2003 307 turns on by itself.  It happens when I
turn right and then spin the steering wheel back anti clockwise to
straighten the wheels, the left indicator turns on by itself.  I

My 806 wont start properly in the morning I have to turn it over for
ages before it will catch. It seemed like the heater plugs were gone
but the garage says they are working and there is fuel there too. Once

The Ventilation-fan is running even with my Engine is off, I heard
that it can be even the Fan-relay or the Fan-Feeler or what it is
called the thing that automatically switch Fan on and of.
Is there a Possible way to find out which one have to be changed.

On Ebay I bought a set of CD-discs that were supposedly covering most
of the older vehicles i.e. 405 etc.  but they were almost impossible

some scrote has filled up my e-mail server with  over a thousand
bounced messages! everytime I delete 500 another 500 appear.

i have a peugoet partner 1.9d x reg....the following problem has
occured driving along the rev counter stopped working van still run ok
though i stopped turned off the ignition went to start it again

I've damaged the front nearside wing of my trust 1996 vintage 306.  I
am thinking of trying to get a wing from a scrap yard and fitting it
myself.  Anyone know if this is just a bolt on job or is there welding
to do too?
