We have a 1999 Peugeot 406 2litre Hdi 110bhp which has covered 96000
miles. We have owned it since 12000 miles and it was been serviced
regularly. Two months ago it refused to start.  The engine turned but
it would not fire up.  There followed a sequence of breakdown

It started today, and it stops when you push in the "air recirculation"
button. Happens with engine off and ignition on. I gather from the net
the problem is the air control flap gearbox has stripped. But how do you
get to it?

Hi, hope someone can help!!  I have an Expert van, after a clutch was
replaced - twice - the van wont start on its own. Now at a Peugeot gargage,
they have changed the starter motor and ECU - still doesn't start and they
wont a grand for the pleasure!!

I've a 1989 205 XE that my son now drives.

My son's 1997 R reg 106 GTi, 91,000 miles on clock has started to vibrate
when engine turning at between 1500 and 2000 RPM.  Feels and sounds like the
whole car is vibrating when you are inside it but doesn't sound unusual from

I need sum information on reprogramming a key for a peugeot 406, ive seen
info about it on sum of the emails but the problem is, i only got 1 key. the
batterys went flat and now it wont open the doors, the led will flash but it
wont open the doors. please help me im going nuts.
