307sw boot gas strut replacement22 May 2008 16:18 GMT2
Does anybody know the best place to get a replacement strut for the boot of
my 2004 307sw? I don't mind if it isn't an original product.
The boot will not stay up at all so I am guessing that they have both gone
and £40 each sounds rather on the expensive side.

I am in the process of changing the clutch in my 1993 405TD estate.

Does anybody have the 405 diesel manual and if they have, could they

I have a corroded air con pipe which is passing fluid badly. The pipe
appears to be aluminum, is about 10 mm diameter and the corrosion area is a
circular patch about 5 mm diameter. Is there any way of successfully
patching this pipe or is it a replacement job? I was hoping that ...
Peugeot 306 BE3 Gearbox onto a 205Gti17 May 2008 23:59 GMT2
I'm trying to get some info on BE3 gearboxes. What I need to know is
would a Peugeot 306 BE3 geabox go onto a 205Gti late XU engine, or,
would any internal gears be interchangeable - in particular would the
5th gear fit the 205 box. I've been trying to find a longer 205 1.9 or
405 front suspension struts17 May 2008 12:48 GMT9
Having looked under the plastic covers that fit on top of the front
suspension struts i've found something a bit disturbing.
The top-nut on the left strut had turned loose quite a bit. The nut on the
righthand side is also quite loose.
