Peugeot 806 People Carrier - Won't start after re-connecting Battery15 Jun 2008 18:08 GMT14
I've tried various things from previous posts but still no joy
The vehicle is a Peugeot 806 People Carrier
The battery went flat from my children playing in the car.
I recharged the battery, turned the key in the ignition, typed in the

This actually concerns a friends VW Passat but I have asked the question on
a VW group for him and got no response.   It seems to me that we have some
knowledgeable people on here and the problem (I think) could equally apply
to any make of car.

The temperature displayed is about 5 degrees Celsius higher than actual.
Although it doesn't appear to cause any issues with the car I did wonder if
this temperature is used by the ECU?

This is a 1993 Peugeot 405 estate 1.9TD.
I replaced the rear brake shoes today and followed the instructions for
setting the handbrake, however, regardless what I do, even if I have it

I took my beloved 1974 504D four door to the local gas station
mechanic, after the brake pedal began to get a bit stiff and the
brakes stopped working as well as they should (to the point where it

My 504 just got out of the shop last night for the brakes (it is
sporting a brand new vacuum pump), but now is apparently overheating.
There are wisps of steam coming out from under the hood, especially
when the car is idling at red lights for over 15-20 minutes.

I have already had a look at ther calipers and see that it is a hex
bolt on the guides, simple question, what size is it?

Hi all I have a 306 1.8 16v 1997 r reg. When you start it up its fine but
when driving it can suddenly lose power whenever  it feels like , and usually
once this starts it idles irrationally.So far I have used redex which didn't
do much   but I've been told to change the plugs , ...
