I'm having trouble with large cakes of ice building up on my air filter and puddles of water in the air cleaner. The car is 100% stock but I don't seem to have any mechanisms for heating the the stock air cleaner (long necked closed thingy).

My bird's frount and rear bumper facia is turning an off white(yellow tinge) compared to the rest of the car. The car has always been garage kept and has lived more in doors that out. This is the cars orginal paint job and it has neer been in any kind of accident. Other than this... ...
