Hi, I need some help. Me and my friend were working on the rear brakes in my 88
GTA and he ended up ripping the boot/seal inside the caliper. I had the car
towed to the nearest garage thinking that I will only need to get a new caliper
and then my brake pads installed, so no big ...

I need to change the thermostat on my 1995 Firebird w/3.4L.  What do I do
first?

I'm putting that engine back together...  It's a 77 Firebird with the
350R (Olds) engine.  I'm about to put the pickup screen on the oil pump.
 The old (not necessarily original, don't know) pump has the screen

My car is still at the dealer with nothing fixed.  The ignition rotor seems
to be the culprit.  It has about 51,000 miles on it with an LT1 and air.
Must be very hard to work on or noone wants to do it!

Well i took the T/a to inspection today and it failed for hc and co2. It was a
ton closer then i thought it was going to be. They test here at 15 mph. I
estimate the motor makes about 400 horse. Just to review its a 355 holley
street avenger carb 870, sportman II heads 11.5:1 ...

Anyone know how to unlock the radio on a 1995 Formula with cd player.  My
mechanic had to disconect the battery, and now it says LOC

Let me first start by saying that I am by no means anymore then a
weekend oil changer with ability to do no more then maybe put on new
breaks and change the plugs.
I have a 92 V6 Firebird...My dilema is this...the car just cut out one

Does an L98 engine have a breather element? Where is it found?
