Alright, yes I am aware that this is a camaro/firebird news group but I
thought that I would see if I could get an answer from you guys.  I own
a 91 Regal w/ a 3.1 that seems to lose power once I accelerate.  It runs
*okay* around town as long as it is at low rpm's.  Also, it idles ...

buying an autotap, just wish it wasn't this week... argh.  I've got my
engine swap suggestions.07 Jun 2004 00:54 GMT14
Hey. You guys seem to know a whole lot more than I do about Trans Ams
(I only recently bought one a week ago) so I'll ask another question.
I have a carburated 305 in my 1987 Trans Am and I've seen estimates
for its output on various websites ranging from 145-165 HP and 220-245
OT: bonding fiberglass to metal05 Jun 2004 04:37 GMT12
Something I never have done before, and never learned to do.  Something
that the guy I used to work for at the body shop kept  a secret from me (we
no longer talk).
At the swap meet I picked up for FREE a used fiberglass cowl induction
Carb Problems?05 Jun 2004 02:56 GMT20
Can't seem to get it to idle consistently.
850 Holley DP, 396, runs great off idle to full open,
but can't get it to idle consistently. No vacuum leaks,
fresh carb rebuild. Was a marine carb. Rejetted and
Holley Contender04 Jun 2004 17:14 GMT5
At the swap meet I traded another vender a Poncho Perfomer intake for a
SBC Holley Contender for my 85 T/A. Which I thought would be cool. Yet part
number wise, I can not tell if it's the low or mid rise version, and I don't
have the  specs for either.
Used Race Car fun02 Jun 2004 02:27 GMT19
Argh.
What the heck was I thinking - a used race car should be easy to get
parts for, right? :)
My ongoing 76 Camaro dirt track car saga - I got the balljoint in ok -
Strut tower brace question02 Jun 2004 02:26 GMT9
The next step after my "Aubrun differential upgrade"
project on my 105K mile 1988 straight Camaro is
to try and and make the car like an Iroc (handling
wise) as much as possible. So as I'm waiting on my
newbie question01 Jun 2004 12:12 GMT4
Hey ppl,
I'm looking to get my hands on a 1969 or 1967 Camaro.  I would
prefer a project car.  I have been looking everywhere and I can't seem
to find any.  All the camaros I have found are all restored and
nasty bug splats...01 Jun 2004 02:18 GMT5
I've got a '94 Formula that's in great shape, but the presence of various bug
splats on the plastic front has always bothered me.  I've tried various bug
splat removers with limited success and was wondering if anyone out there has a
good method on getting rid of them.
