went to get the catalytic converter fixed..........found out they cant fix it because manifold has to be fixed because it is only being held by one bolt and if new cat is put it might now hold it and brake..................not only is that one problem but he tells me(Superior ...

Does anyone know how I can find out how many 1996 Trans Am's were produced

Whats up again everyone I've got a question regarding intake
manifolds.. I've got a '79 Trans Am with an Oldsmobile 403.  It's got a
few mods such as headers, cam and exhaust but its still sporting the
stock aluminum intake (at least i think it's stock the casting # is

original 1976 Chevy El Camino bicentennial edition vehicle- the cover
is a hard item to find

there is good news and bad news........engine service light turned on so i took to get it checked and found out it was the catalytic converter and mechanic told me it costs about 800.00 bucks to fix.....f.ck that......thats the bad news.............the good news is my 1999 ...

I will get.. so I want to celebrate.  There is an '02 Black T/A 5.7L WS6
fully loaded w/T-tops 6-speed with car selling for 26k but since I still
work there.. I can get it for around 21k that looks nice....

I just picked up a 67 to restore.  The rear frame is a racing home
built and the differential is not original (The multi leaf mounts are
moved inboard to accomodate s375 60 15 tires.  It is a 10 bolt open
rear and I will be looking at going to a posi unit.  My question is, is

I found a 1970 Camaro in a garage that hasn't seen the light of day in
20 years.  It has SS 350 badges on the fenders and a small block and
power glide in the car.  However the badges aren't drilled in the same
place on each fender and te primer under the paint is black, the rest

Anyone know where the petcock is located?   it is normally on the lower
passenger side of the radiator.
looks like there is a plug on the side about 2" up....is that it?

I am rebuilding a 1977 pointiac t/a from the ground up and need some
suggestions on which cam to use in my engine.  Here is my current
engine configuration:

First off the car is a 1988 Firebird Formula 305 Vin Letter E. I've
picked up a new oil pump but when I printed out the repair specs I've
decided to try and get some input from the web.
I'm having an issue where on startup cold I'm getting around 30 psi and
