Does anyone know if the Oldsmobile 330 V-8 ('64 - '67)crankshaft will fit a 403 Olds block? It appears as though it would seeing as they both have small ( 2.498") main bearing journals and the same stroke (3.385"). Only noticeable

i ave replaced the speed gear in the tranny of my 83 carmaro 2 times the cable seems to turn real easy but yet the gear inside the tranny snaps in half , in less than 2 miles driving. what else could it be that's spapping my gears?
