I have a 93 Grand Am with the 2.3 SOHC engine and have a mystery connector
in the engine compartment.  The connector is located behind the PS pump
(looking from front of car) and it's Red plastic with a White and a Brown
wire going into it.  It's bundled together with the Oil ...

I was driving my 2000 Pontiac Montana and used the wipers to clean off the
windshield.
They wiped then went about 90% the way back down, stopped for a bit then
came all the way up and stayed there.

Turns out that there is no sound coming from the rear speakers in my 99

Everything looks connected and no visible damage, so where would I start
looking for a problem?
Pontiac G6 Coupe and Convertible13 Mar 2004 16:45 GMT2
Does anyone know where I can see a picture of either the coupe or the
convertible? I've been hunting around for it but no luck yet. The 4 door is
pretty nice but I'll bet the coupe and convertible are even nicer.

94 3.1 Oil pump drive seal question11 Mar 2004 20:20 GMT3
Ok, I might not have the right name for it. But just under the throttle body
is that nice little cap, with that nice little hold down, with that nice
little bolt, that likes to leak nicely now and then. It's the same place the
distributer would have been a few years ago..
Problem with 96 pontiac grand am ride11 Mar 2004 17:37 GMT3
I have a 1996 Pontiac Grand Am 6cyl 3.1 with about 64,000 miles on it.
The problem that I am having is the ride of the car. The ride feels
very hard and bumpy. Everytime that I hit a pothole or small crack in
the road I hear and feel a hard bang and I need to know if this is
Interfacing BCM control of lights/locks + aftermarket remote start/keyless entry11 Mar 2004 07:06 GMT7
Background: I'm installing a Commando EZ-2500 remote start/keyless
entry system in my 97 Pontiac Trans Sport Montana (which has OEM keyless entry
& no factory alarm/content theft).  The remote start portion is fairly
straightforward, but I'm curious about the keyless entry part.  ...

1995 Grand AM Hard starting.10 Mar 2004 03:57 GMT8
My grand am has a quad 4 motor.  When I try to start it up and the
engine is cold, it has a hard time starting.  When it eventually
starts, there is a smell of gas.  If the engine is warm, it starts
fine.  Does anybody know what might be wrong.  I am not sure where to
Question For Shinden Concerning 3800 Intakes10 Mar 2004 00:59 GMT4
This is for Shinden as he appears to be a GM Technician but anybody else can
chip in too.
Are the newer 3800's experiencing the same problems with the intakes?  When
I say newer, I'm talking about 2000 to present.
2004 GTO Boring09 Mar 2004 18:32 GMT7
Saw the new GTO yesterday at the Chicago Auto Show and really can't say that
I was overly impressed by it.  There was nothing about the appearance of the
car that I would call attention grabbing.  What I did find curious however,
were the mileage ratings between the manual and ...
