I have just acquired a 1993 pontiac grand prix & when I put it in drive & drive it it won’t shift to any higher gear, it also sometimes dies when I come to a stop. Any help would be appreciated.

I put my car in park and while the gear went into park, the indicator was still in drive.I turned the car off and tried to restart and it would not crank. I had to use the emergency brake because the engine is still in drive. Is my car a goner. Oh it's a 1995 Pontiac Sunfire.

We checked the codes and we had two bad codes that were both related to the oxygen sensor(s). Does my 1988 Pontiac 6000 2.5 have 1 or 2? Secondly, what negative things can bad oxygen sensors do to my car? Thanks.

I thing one of my fuel injectors is going. I know there is a way to check it with a multimeter but I dont know what to set it at and what kind of reading im looking for. can some one clue me in.

the fan works on high , but doesnt work on the first couple settings, someone says its the motor resistor gone? can anyone help? its a friends van. fuses all ok.

The left lamp that lights the Tachometer and Temperature gauge has gone out. Is this pretty tough to fix for a novice or is it experts only. The right lamp that lights the Speedometer and fuel gauge is fine. L89
