Has it occured to anybody that you should be able to start your car with a
dead battery, if you have to?  A safe, relatively convenient, non-electric,
manual method of starting the engine is possible.

Wondering if there are any Pontiac mechanics out there or if any one
has done this; but I would like to swap out the manual A/C & Heat
Controls for the Climate Control Unit.  Is this possible?  How
difficult of installation expected.  Would the wiring hook straight up

My brothers' 96 Grand Am positive battery terminal melted a couple days
ago. We replaced it but I see more trouble ahead. The cable looked bad to
me. Do you have to replace the entire wiring harness ?
He's recently replaced battery and alternator.

Hi there... Purchased my daughter a 1999 Grand Prix... the passenger
side rug (where your feet reside) is SOAKED... not damp... but
literally a gallon or so worth of moisture. I've:
1)  checked and double checked the door/window/trunk seals.

My son has 1995 Grand Am V6. The park and Fog lamps come on but head
lights don't. Fuse is good. It has four relays on firewall, but are not
labelled. Can you tell me which one is for head-lights ??

I had taken my car into a repair center recently and the service techs
say I need a stronger suspension in the rear.  I have never replaced
anything for the suspension and apparently I'm being told my rear tires

I have a '98 Pontiac Bonneville SE and the A/C cooling fan is intermittent/

I recently replaced the front & rear brake pads on my 1998 Grand Prix GT.
Prior to doing so, everything was fine.  Upon putting on the new pads, I

My '99 Bonneville's fuel gauge goes crazy after I fill up the tank. Reads
Full, then dances around to empty and all places in between. Until now, it
would read full after letting it sit for a night.
Someone suggested that might "clean" the gauge sensor/mechanism by running

I am unfamiliar with these cars, but when you press on the brakes, even
slam on them, they just slowly bring the car to a stop.  Dangerously
slowly. Anyone had this before and have a solution?  My thoughts are air
in the brake lines?

Just noticing since the weather has gotten cooler that speed 1 and 2 on
my heater don't seem to be blowing. I have to turn it to the 3rd setting
or higher to get heat blowing out. Does anyone know why or what the
problem might be. TIA.
