I have a 2001 Pontiac Aztek that has a problem. The security sign comes on
and the "service engine soon" comes on. This locks up the radio, door
locks, windows, and lights. What could this be? If its a bad transponder
key can I just have a new one made by the dealer?

The CEL on my 2002 GP came on last night.  I read the code as P0420 with a
warning about catalyst efficiency.  Does this mean my Cat is on the way out?
Other possible reasons.  I erased the codes and will drive some in the next
few days to see if it reappears.  Any help is ...

Recently had to replace water inlet & o ring now the low coolant light
stays on all the time after initial start up . Is this a sensor problem ?
car does not seem to be over heating replaced parts are not leaking / does
the system have to be bled ? I cant figure it out

The gas cap warning is on and the cap is perfectly tight.
Any ideas why.  And then yesterday the check engine warning
came on. This is my wife car a a Grand Prix 3.8 2005 with 130,000 km.
