| Cobalt vs. G6 | 09 Apr 2006 19:05 GMT | 12 |
Read a review of Cobalt and it sounds like a real winner for GM. I've seen the 2006's selling for as low as $9000 around here. How do you think it might compare to a G6?

| Soltice - rear ended | 09 Apr 2006 16:35 GMT | 2 |
saw my first Soltice today. Turned my head, very striking. Unfortunately, looking from alongside, the tail is shaped like it's been rear ended and "pushed up." Dunno.

| 97 Grand Prix steering wheel illumination out | 08 Apr 2006 22:02 GMT | 2 |
The illumination for the steering wheel radio controls has gone out in my 1997 Grand Prix. At first, one side went out (I think the right side) and then the other side. I tried switching the fuse, but there is nothing wrong with it and a new fuse did nothing.

| Pontiac GP - ongoing brake problem | 08 Apr 2006 11:24 GMT | 8 |
This is a total mystery to me. Grand Prix 1991, 3.1L FI, disk brakes. The brake pedal is, and always was, very soft. On all other cars I owned or drove, the pedal travels about 1/4 to 1/3 of the way down and then I feel good resistance as the brake pads engage the rotors and stop ...

| Alternator life span - 1995 Grand Am | 07 Apr 2006 03:33 GMT | 10 |
I just replaced the alternator on my 95 GA with just 42k on it. Is this typical for an alternator? My toyota PU never needed an alternator and I sold it with over 100k miles. Just curious. My GA has been very reliable before this.

| 99 Grand Am, squeaks. | 04 Apr 2006 00:34 GMT | 1 |
It didn't do any good after replacing belt and belt tensioner. And it got so spendy when a mechanic told me to replace p/s pump. All three items were replaced but the squeaks still there. What could be the problem? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
