ol '90 6000 brake question..29 Sep 2006 03:31 GMT3
my grandfather gave us this car for a spare, and now we need it.. but one

to be all-or-nothing.. initially with it topped off, the slightest tap would
lock the tires up.. rather unexpectedly on dry ground ...

Vibe gas mileage change in '06?19 Sep 2006 23:22 GMT3
I've heard that the front wheel drive '06 and '07 Vibes get better mpg
than the '05 and back models. Can anyone varify this and perhaps
provide the city/hwy EPA rating for the '05 and back models?
And while we're at it, what kind of real world mileage are you getting

'00 Grand AM - Low coolant19 Sep 2006 17:44 GMT6
For the third time in about a year, the Low Coolant light comes on
momentarily in the morning.
Last fall, I just had it topped up as the car was about 6 years old.
Then in Feb or March, it happened again. I had the radiator checked and
constant shake at highway speeds19 Sep 2006 16:30 GMT1
Just after I got my brake rotors turned, I started getting shakes at
highway speed. When I am driving at slower speeds (getting off the
complete stop or on back roads) it seems okay but when I reach 55-60
miles and more, it vibrates contantly.

I've had an 1987 bonneville (3.8) that's been almost not worth the
trouble if i didn't love it too much.
The problem started when my radiator blew. I replaced it as well as the
water pump since the last time the radiator overheated it busted the
iPOD connection for OEM AC Delco stereo in Grand AM?18 Sep 2006 23:08 GMT3
Hey!  Has anyone rigged the OEM AC Delco stereos (like in a 1999 Grand
AM) to accept an aux input for an iPOD or other MP3 player.  I figure
if it has an aux input it should be easy to run  wires to a phono jack
drilled into the dash.  Any way to tell if the OEM stereo actually has

Hi!  I have a 1999 pontiac grand am SE, 3.4L V6 that is leaking trans

anyone replaced these and what did you use?  And advice is appreciated!
Interchangeable Parts16 Sep 2006 02:06 GMT2
To illustrate the reason for my question below, I have learned that the A/C
