Any idea where the Body Control Module (BCM) is located? I was told on
the under the dash on the drivers side and was also told on the
passengers side behind the glove box. Any help in locating this
component for replacement would be great.

Hello.  This car (3800 engine) stalls unpredictably; it does while
accelerating, slowing down, etc.
My mechanic checked it out and found no problems.  Any suggestions?

Went to rebuild my 66 pontiac 389 and found during magnuflux it was
cracked.  I am searching for a 66 Pontiac 389 Block, YS Code, Cast #
9778789, Dated D206 or before.  Standard bore and crack free is what i am
after.  Are there any of these animals out there any more?

need to change my front pads. have ALL the basics, including the floor
jack and stands, and rollaway toolboxes full of tools, but need to know:
are any 'special' tools neccessary (like torx? or proprietary stuff?)
also, can the front pads be changed withOUT removing the calipers? ...

battery.  After I replaced the battery none of the gauges on the instument
panel worked and all the lights were lit up.  My mechanic told me what it

Errgg. I have a 2003 Grand Prix and more than occasionally lately the key
wont go into the off position, it just stops before I can turn it to that
position and I cant take the freaking key out. If I restart the car 2-3
times, finally it sometimes comes out. Any thoughts?

Yes well dad has a 2000 pontiac montana and the heater doesnt work at all ,
we have no idea whats wrong with it, you can let the engine warm up and it
still wont work, so can anyone help?

I just bought a 2000 GTP from a friend of mine, and among the things
that don't work is lighted display on the radio.
   I can view the display with a flashlight, but I want to try to fix it.

I have a 2000 Montana that needs new rear drum brakes replaced.
It grabs hard when you press on the brakes and makes a rubbing type sound.
The brakes are spongy and don't do much.
When I took off the drums I was expecting to see the normalsprings and etc

They is 2 screws behind the steering wheel, I assume this releases the
airbag....is this correct...any tricks I need to know to remove and replace
it. I need to replace the whole airbag because my horn switch is sticking
and the horn switch is in the airbag.
