I own a 98 Bonneville SE.  I love the performance that the 3800 Series 2
gives, but I want more.  I want to upgrade to a V8 and am wondering if

On the 1996 Pontiac Firebird in regards to the paint, does it have a
clear plastic coat on it?  I have some scuffs on it and want to
