Where is the thermostat on 1995 Grand Am 4 cyl DOHC?

I have a '94 Pontiac Sunbird, 2.0 OHC, automatic. I have a combination
of issues that I think are all caused by one component. I'm currently
suspecting a bad EGR valve. Symptoms are as follows. ...at first start
up (cold start)...excessive crank time...once it DOES start, it stalls

Hi, I really like the GM Ecotec 2.2L and 2.4L engines. I am driving a '07
Saturn ION and really like the G5/G6 especially the interior. The fit and
finish on the ION is terrible. I am thinking of trading in for a '08
Pontiac. What have been your experiences with this car?
