I've had about 8 Porsches in my life time but just can't afford them any
longer. I'm not a mechanic that that really costs a boodle if you aren't.
So, I sold my '88 Carrera 2 years ago and bought a Subaru Baja. We needed

it's the weekend...and of course when anything strange is gonna happen,
it  always happens, that's always happens, on a weekend! at any rate, i
have a mid 80's european 911 turbo..bought it new...recently it has
developed a little symptom...which i don't recall ever having happened

Need Help .. have been trying to get the 1979 911SC Targa , heating system
to give more heat.   The fiber like air inlet 'tube' which comes from heat
exch (?) and has ribs , is about 2 foot long,, Part # 911 211 272 . 02,  has
some slits in from age, etc. duct tape works but I ...

My '81  911 with a replaced engine (3.2 litres '88) has an worm idle running
problem.
After replacing the hoses between the oil filler tube and the .. ??
(Mechanic did the job)

When I"m at the stop ligth the idle it's nice and smooth.
But 30 seconds after the idle goes up and down like crazy.

I read recently that this oil improves the 915 transmission. Has
anybody some experience about their use?
Is there any dealer in Spain?

How long is a clutch cable suppose to last.  I replace mine about 2 years
ago along with the spring, and put on about 10,000km only.
