| Goodbye my 911, I won't miss you. | 26 Dec 2004 17:26 GMT | 3 |
I am a very happy person today. Why? Because I finally got rid of my 2000 911, a horrible piece of junk I was stupid enough to have bought new four years ago. I replaced it with

| 3.2 conversion | 20 Dec 2004 22:33 GMT | 2 |
I own a 1979 911 SC with a pretty standard motor. I want more output but have been told there is virtually NOTHING that can be done to the standard CIS motors that won't involve $10,000 + and I would be much better off spending less money on a 3.2L conversion.

| rustling noise from steering column bush / 1988 Carerra 3/2 | 11 Dec 2004 13:13 GMT | 3 |
I'm getting some rustling noise from the steering column bush where the indicator / wiper levers come out. I tried taking out the screws from either sides trying to remove the cover. The cover doesn't seem to want to come off. my Haynes Manual doesn't offer much help.

| code scanners for porsche? | 11 Dec 2004 04:22 GMT | 2 |
anyone have any experience with a code reader or scanner on 993s? It seems like I should have one of these in my toolkit, now that they cost under $100, but there are certainly a wide variety - I haven't found a useful review that mentions Porsche yet, though I'm still looking.
