I just bought a set of chips by AutoThority for my 944 T, they did not come with the " bango bolt " that you see with the chips on Ebay sometimes, can anyone tell me what this bolt is and do I need it for the chips to work ? Thanks.

I just got a 944 and it needs a little work, nothing real major but as of right now it doesn't run and were not positive why, 2 ideas were that the cam pully pin broke so the cam isn't spinning, the guy i got it from rebuilt the engine with an oversized cam in it to, that or a ...

I'm not sure if it cranks over or not, but otherwise what are some reaons or problems why it would just shut off while driving it and not start again. If it cranks why, and if it doesn't crank over, why? That's my problem

my '87 944 has a crazy vibration. it doesnt seem like the motor mounts are bad cause it doesnt vibrate much sitting idle. only when accelerating and when youre still at low speeds. i didnt actually look at the motor mounts, so they could still be a problem. but other than that, what ...

I need the driver's side latch peg that holds the rear seat in place. It's a small metal peg with a black base, that has three screw holes. I also need the square gold metal bracket that the latch peg screws into.

I'm repainting a 944, so I"ll need the porsche decal and a set of stone guards - if bought from the dealer, this will cost nearly as much as the paint job (about $150 for the stone guards, $40 for the decal, and $22 for the stick on emblem in the back). I find them a little cheaper ...

I have 77 924 that is not getting power to the fuel pump. I just installed a working pump and a working relay and still not getting the pump to turn. There is power at the relay. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The clever people at Haynes say replacing the cam belt should be left to a dealership. Is this true? If not any guidance would be appreciated.
