Hi, my 1984 944 has been missing on cylinder 2, all the plugs are firing,
but #2 shows it to be running rich, I switched the injector, but it stayed
the same. is there anything else this could be but a valve problem,
hopefully something I could fix without pulling the head?

Their is a 1987 944 for sale near me. Its $4600 and is in good shape
but it has 160k miles on it and I’m worried about how reliable it will
be. I dont know very much about the 944’s or how long they will last.
Also, the blue book value is $3115 so Im not sure if its worth it. I

when the car is warming  up during driving conditions I get a noise like a
seized bearing ( a moaning type sound) between 1 and 2k revs. It does not do
it when cold or when fully warmed up. If I stop after full warm up for 10/20

crankshaft pully bolt,,  which way does it come off,   anti-clockwise
like a normal bolt, or clockwise.

I was checking the Automatic Transmission Fluid level on my '85 944,
and I noticed something that may be of concern. With the car off, the
fluid level is right about at the "max" mark of the container. However,

I just today got the chance to test out what is possibly wrong with my car.
