the Left Hand Side headlamp washer is always weeping water from the
nozzle....but it does work ok otherwise. It weeps constantly even when

I have a strange problem with my 944S'87.
After the car was not used for a week I tried to start it, it started
as usually but after some 2- 5 seconds engine stopped working.
Tried to start the engine again, but unlucky.

I recently noticed my exhaust pipe is rusted through where it connects
to the muffler.  This causes the exhaust pipe to slant upwards, and it
is only being held to the car by the two rubber holders and nuts.  The
muffler seems to hang down a little and is not flush with the end of

I'm getting a new pair of boots for my beloved 944 tomorrow. The car has
always been fitted with Dunlop SP9000 (now called "SP Sport 9000" -
whoopy!), I like that tyre, and I like to keep all four the same, so I
don't need a list of alternatives!

I have an '89 944 (n/a). Owned it for about 7 or 8 years now. Very happy.
I've always started it by turning it over, then hitting the gas a bit -
or, when the cars feeling nice and warm, just turning her over, which
seems to start the engine without any additional interference ...

I am having no luck with finding tires for the rearend.  The front tires
are still in good shape trying to find matching back but I don't think they
make them anymore.  This is what is on the rear tires Goodyear Eagle ZR

I have a 1983 944 with a bad vibration in the gear lever, is this something
that is common, it's done about 200,000 Km, are there any easy fixes or is
this just badly worn and needs major work.
