I have a problem; I ordered a set of stainless steel flexible hoses for a 944 S1 1985. The garage attempted to fit one and found that the original end that goes into the caliper has a bullet nose.

I may have asked this before but I don't recall anyone posting a response. If anyone has a copy of PET and can spare 10 min. to look something up for me, I need to know the specs of the studs coming out the back of the alternator that hold the air duct on. All that stuff

I am trying tio remove the engine from a 85 944 auto and it is ready to come out expet the engine will come loose at the tourque tube input shaft clamp (on the rubber damper plate) Any ideas or stories? Thanks

How do I remove the steering wheel on a 944? People just say to do this that or the other, first remove the steering wheel, with no clus as to how to remove the horn pad. Thanks

Anyone know how to locate the drain plug for the diff box of a 944 auto. I see the fill plug about half way up the box on the left side, but no drain plug... Maybe I'm going blind! Cheers

I have a strange grating/humming noise once I get to aroung 30 mph, after a few miles the grating goes but the humming stays. Anyone got any experience what it may be? Or of what's required to change out the box to a manual one?
