what exactly should i have the dealer look for specificly when they are

What's the deal on the sunroof on my newly purchased 87 944?  The sunroof
wouldn't open and there are switches on the console.  If working properly, does
the operation of the switch open the sunroof or just unlatch it.  I got someone
working on it and he says he doesn't see any ...

I would like to know how many 86 944 Turbos with my particular options were
made. Does anyone know of a site that could supply this info?
