Hi i have a 1984 944. I was wondering about how much it would cost to supercharge or turbo charge my N/A. Are all the main engine compenents the same? Could i just tear out all the compenents of a turbo car and put them in mine?

My car is a 944 1989 s2 convertible and the fuse to the electric seats has blown. Every time I put in a new fuse it just blows. I want to now just put a fused piece of wire from the battery to the seats.

The pdf manuals I found online that tell me, how to diagnose DME problems, reference a 'Speed Transmitter.' Here's some info on what I found while diagnosing it. Resistence against term 27 and term 8 should be 0.6 kohm to 1.6kohm.

Can someone please tell me when the brake pads are typically replaced? My mechanic tells me that mine are at 4mm in front and need to be done immediately. It is at the shop now, so I wanted to get a second opinion.

I'm having some issues finding where I can buy a replacement DME for my 87 944 non-turbo... It's having issues with the ignition coil. Intermittently it is not sending a spark to the distrubitor.
