been channging the front seals on a 944S (seemed like a good idea), got all new rollers too (also seemed like a good idea), and decided to change the belts while it was all appart (yep, seemed like a good idea) - I've done this before, its usually easy to put the belt on - ...

The (new) battery on my '83 944 will go dead over the period of a few days if left unattended. Not sure if it is related, but at night when I drive with the headlites on I also noticed that the alternator idiot lite will lite very, very dimly.

I bought this car not running it had been setting for one year. It had a flywheel dampner center broken. I have replaced the dampner put the engine back in. No fire to plugs while cranking, but one spark when I stop cranking.
