My oval-dash late '85 944 Lux has suddenly developed a problem.
It starts readily, idles well, and initially drives away perfectly normally.
However, after a few minutes, once the engine temperature has reached normal
running level, the car begins to intermittently lose all power, ...

Any help locating the low side port?  I can only find the high side.

The system will switch to full heat with no notice and the AC on.  Bad
controller?  Where is it located?  Approximate cost and difficulty to
install?
