I have a chrome/stainless trim piece at the rear of the exhaust/muffler. Is this easy to remove and replace? The car is a 1987 and I suspect the exhaust is original. Alec

I have a 1986 944 Turbo. The tail pipe rusted off right at the muffler exactly where the hanger is. The Midas muffler shop says they want $1040.00 to replace the entire system. They say it is one piece. $850.00 for the parts and the rest labor and gaskets or whatever. I see ...

I have 1987 - 944 automatic --- I just finished cleaning some leaves particles that actually got into the cruise control actuator. But now my throttle cables are out of adjustment. Anyone know the procedure for adjusting the accelerator cable to throttle
