my rear wiper arm grip is worn out.  the motor spindle grip looks ok.
seems that new wiper arms are NLA - anyone have a proven trick for how
to make them hold again (short of buying used)?
i'm thinking about trying to force a malleable shim between them, or

How important is the power steering heat exchanger?  For reasons I
will not get into, I want to remove the power steering heat
exchanger.  Is this an important part of the system or can it be
bypassed and removed without circumstance?

I have a 1984 944.
I discovered a leaky injector tonight when I parked the car in the
garage and the central air sucked gasoline fumes throughout the
house.  My wife and I were not a very happy about that.
