Someone hit and run and left a big dent on my from quarter panel of the

did a great job on my other car, but unfortunately I no longer has his
name and number.  If you know someone in the SF bay area who's good ...

Anyone have a bad experience with 1SourceAutoWarranty.com Car Extended

the price for the starter and labor so I had to pay the ...

Recently I filled up my 98 Boxster with Shell V-power petrol because they
claim a few advantages for the engine ( cleaner, faster and more

I just read that V-power is equivalent to 95 RON and the Boxster(98) basicly

Adjusting the valves27 Jul 2004 14:42 GMT5
Today when I went to start my 85.5 944 there was a loud tick tick tick
coming from the top of the motor.  It seemed to go away when the engine was
above 2000, plus or minus, RPMs.   My friend said it probably needed a valve
job, can anyone shed light on this? What is wrong, what ...
KYB shocks suck?25 Jul 2004 00:06 GMT2
OK so I was ready to set my '44 on fire a couple days ago... driving
home from a cookout in VA and I start to hear a little clunk from the
rear end, sounds like a loose shock. Well I figure I'll check it out
when I get home, after all the PO replaced them right before I got the

Looking for a fun car as a good way to kick off retirement.  Narrowed my
choices down to either the new C6 Vette, or a 997 Porsche.  Which would be
the better car to get my name on the waiting list for?  Is the Porsche worth
the extra money?   I have owned many sports cars over the ...
911 flooded20 Jul 2004 11:09 GMT8
I did something stupid the other day by driving my '89 911 through a
flooded roadway.  The car stalled as I came out of the water and I coasted
to the side of the road on the other side.  The car cranked and all
electricals were fine but it never started, even after waiting over ...

Adding 911 spoiler18 Jul 2004 19:58 GMT3
I'm looking at buying a 77 911S right now, the only problem is I always
loved the 911s that had the rear spoiler (wail tail?) How much would it
cost, and how hard would it be to put this on the back of a 911?
