I just relocated to MD from NC and the MD state inspection is tough. My car, a 1990 944 S2 Cab, passed the complete inspection except for the rear plastic window which they say is to foggy. Of course, the inspector says I need to replace the top. YIKES!!!!That's a lot of cash.

The original Blaupunkt in my '89 911 is toast and I was thinking about trying to install a cdr-210 in dash cd player from a 993 in its place. Has anyone done this successfully? How easily does it install/what modifications would be needed? Would I be better off going with an

| Disabling Passenger Airbags on 2001 Boxster | 02 Sep 2004 05:40 GMT | 1 |
I've heard that Porsche offers a switch that disables BOTH the passenger airbags on a 2001 Boxster. Anyone out there using it and if so are you CONFIDENT that it truly disables both bags? Is it a switch or must you use the Porsche child seat?
