I'm always amazed how few Porsche cars show up a B&J.
For E Brown - OT27 Jan 2006 01:04 GMT16
Hey E,
I have had my BMW for about 3 months now. I have a 325is. Anyhow...for
what I use it for (commuting) it is a great car. It has a little kick, it
has plenty of comfort and maintenance is much cheaper than my S2 ever was,
thepartsbin.com.  They take your money but don't count on getting parts27 Jan 2006 00:59 GMT1
I ordered a bunch of brake parts for the car.  The parts never came.  I
can't get in touch with a real person.  Won't respond to emails.
Got ripped off.  Time for a credit card dispute.  Hopefully this will
save some of you the same hassle

Motronic, G50 or just an SC ?24 Jan 2006 06:44 GMT3
I'm shopping for a used 911.  While I'd likely be happy to find an SC
in great condition, I'm wondering how strongly I should consider model
years with Motronic fuel injection, and even a G50 tranny and hydraulic
clutch.  I'm not looking to spend less up front on something that ...

Removing Clear Bra off Boxster nose?18 Jan 2006 23:26 GMT2
I have a few scratches on the front of my 2002 Seal Grey Boxster and I
think if I take off the clear bra the scratches can be buffed out.  I'm
assuming I can take a cheap heat gun and slowly remove the clear bra?
Thanks for you input.
car plastic wrap?18 Jan 2006 17:20 GMT2
My dealer is offering to apply a 3M "plastic wrap" to my 997 before
delivery.
Is this a good idea?  I live in a area where a lot of sand is applied to
roads, how long will this stuff last?  Will it trap moisture the way a

better audio for 99314 Jan 2006 23:27 GMT1
I would like to get a better audio quality in my 993 from '95, without
having to install an extra amp, subwoofers, cutting bigger holes etc.
Therefore just a better head unit and better speakers in the existing
space. Any advise? Thanks!!

Cayenne impressions?03 Jan 2006 17:58 GMT5
Drove a 2006 V6 Cayenne today.  Very impressive SUV.
Anyone out there have a Cayenne?  If it weren't for the rumors of a revamped
model for mid-year (and other rumors of a hybrid), I would have drove it home.
