Advice: Removal of Salt Flakes24 Feb 2006 00:59 GMT4
Well, I was a little too anxious to take the 911 out of storage
because we had a couple of sunny days in Chicago.  Unfortunately there
is still far too much salt on the roads and of course it kicked up on
the bra and especially on the rear bumper aft of the wheels.

will become annoying, particularly on longer rides. Any Cayman S owners care
to comment?
Tire Comparison for Boxster S18 Feb 2006 02:05 GMT2

2) Michelin Pilot Sport Rib
I'm leaning towards the Dunlop (based on literature not real world data).

CA Smog - Out-of-State 911 SC15 Feb 2006 11:35 GMT10
Any "excitement" ahead for me when trying to get a smog certificate in
California on an otherwise good-condition, low-mileage, 100% stock 1982
911 SC coming from Florida.  The car has spent it's entire previous
existence in Florida and has no prior problems with passing smog tests

the GT class at this year's Rolex at Daytona. The top Porsche in GT was also
9th overall.
The top Porsche powered entry in DP was 3rd.
Any Cayman S first impressions?05 Feb 2006 11:06 GMT3
Here in California the Cayman S went on sale yesterday.  Any first

Tires for Boxster04 Feb 2006 20:30 GMT4
Anyone out there with recommendations on tires for a 2002 boxster?
Looking for street, not racing.  Drive in Florida, so summer tires
probably are better.
