| CD player for Saab | 30 Nov 2004 13:29 GMT | 2 |
My C900 has an aftermarket MP3/CD player that first started playing on one speaker only, and then stopped altogether. I removed it, and the connection in there is a rats nest, very difficult to troubleshoot for various reasons, not least of which is the ratsy job done by the ...

| Saab 99 water pump thread? | 29 Nov 2004 15:21 GMT | 7 |
What is the thread on the water pump of a Saab 99? Old style, and/or new style. I know it's left handed and metric, but before I order a tap and die set for it, I'm hoping someone here can tell me definitively. I have borrowed a water pump removal/insertion tool from our local

| Help please - miscellaneous probs with '93 9000 CSE 2.0 LPT Part 1 | 27 Nov 2004 10:46 GMT | 3 |
I'd long had a fancy for a Saab. I first looked at one at a dealer's about 10 yrs back. I remember sitting in a 9000 and thinking it was rather large ! Anyway - my old vehicle was 'on the way out' so I had to replace it.

Putting my car back together after replacing the head. The head gasket set has a heat shield and "asbestos" type exhaust manifold gaskets. I've received conflicting advice on whether or not to use the asbestos bits. The Saab manual shows only the heat shield. Any opinions? Thanks!
