This group is great, saved me some hassle for key blanks!
Now I would like to know if anyone has suggestions for a car bra for the

Iridum Plugs- are they ok in my 9-5?07 Nov 2004 11:26 GMT7
I picked up 6 and installed them.  Then I read somewhere that
the DI cassette or the trionic doesn't do well with other than
the standard copper type of spark plug as called for by saab as
original equipment.  Whats the word?

My 9000CS '92 did not have a factory installed rear wiper. A friend of mine
gave me a set of wiper switch and wiper motor from a CSE he was parting out.
I replaced a switch and connected motor to a connector in a rear door and it
doesn't work. I checked a switch and it is OK. Using ...

I have a 97 900SE Turbo Cabriolet with electric seat controls.
First, the passenger seat stopped working.
A week later, the driver's seat stopped working.
Both fuses appear to be OK.
Front Brake rotors06 Nov 2004 15:46 GMT12
the only shop within 50 miles that will do my brakes can only get
front rotors for no less than about $90.  I found them here
http://www.eeuroparts.com/ for $46.29, Part Code: 4839320B.  Is this
as good quality as what I would get at most auto shops?

clutch play? (c900)05 Nov 2004 18:59 GMT18
My 1992 900s has been running quite well lately in general, but I've noticed
something that could possibly be troubling:
Occasionally, upon first starting the car, the clutch seems to have much more
play in it than usual. I estimate that I can depress the pedal 1/3 to 1/2 of

Local dealer said only 9-3 from 1999 to 2002, but I see ads saying
other years/models will fit as well.  Anyone know for sure?

The headliner on my 92 C900 T16S has started to sag at the back, as they

It's a bit annoying, as it had only just been replaced when I bought the
car a little less than a year ago.

temp fix for sagging headliner02 Nov 2004 18:33 GMT11
Is there a good temporary fix for the annoying sagging headliner?
It started in the back near the hatch of my '86 900 and slowly
worked its way to just behind the front seats, now big enough to
hang low enough to be visable in the rearview mirror.
