| Saab nothing but headaches | 21 Jan 2005 04:38 GMT | 19 |
I bought a new Saab in 1992. I still have it and its been nothing but headaches since day one. IT breaks down constantly and the cost to get it fixed is very expensive. The car is a real junk, but the top goes down and the sun feels good on a nice day so I put up with the repairs ...

| Traction control | 19 Jan 2005 17:00 GMT | 5 |
In my 1992 9000 2,3l 16V Turbo the red traction control lamp was always on. I was quite happy about this, since the TCS is a pain and there is no way to switch it off in this model. A few days ago the engine suddenly lost performance and I had to jump hard on the acellerator to ...

On a recent ski trip up the mountains from Denver, our 9-5 SE sedan, loaded with 4 adult occupants and equipment, and set on cruise control, began to shudder and start to hunt between 3rd and 4th gears. The shudder was definately from the gear box and placing the selector in 3rd ...

| Brake interchangebility between '87 900 and '87 900S | 17 Jan 2005 16:08 GMT | 5 |
Does anyone know if the front disc calipers are interchangable between these two models? I know that the sliding frame of the brake systems is different to accomodate the vented rotor on the 900S. However, it seems silly to have made two different caliper pistons for the different
