| Crankshaft Pulley 85' C900 Turbo | 17 Jan 2005 07:45 GMT | 10 |
I made another post on here about a car I looked at, and am still planning on buying.. It had some noisy belts when I checked it out. It feels like seattle here in indianapolis as of late, where the rain just seems to be non-stop. The

| handbrake adjust (c900) | 16 Jan 2005 23:29 GMT | 3 |
I recently replaced the rear brake pads/rotors in my 1992 900. This was my first attempt at brake work, and I think it went generally well. A couple questions though: 1. The handbrake doesn't work. I followed the instructions in the Bentley

| Saab 900T with loose stick only from loose link pin | 16 Jan 2005 18:27 GMT | 1 |
Thanks Dave Hinz, you were initially pretty on the money about a wandering but stuck stick shift in that I found that the pin linking to tranny had fallen out and this was very easy to get fixed. Quenbro

| New car - drawn to the Dark Side | 16 Jan 2005 17:55 GMT | 52 |
I'm in the process of looking for a new car. Looking for a nice, presentable car, maybe 5 years old or so. Obvious you say - get a nice 9^5 2.3t. Sensible, roomy, comfortable. Sure, it all looks great on paper, then you drive one, and think "yeah,

| 9-5 as 7 seater? | 16 Jan 2005 17:55 GMT | 6 |
If I buy a 9-5 estate second-hand can I add the extra seats to any car or is it something that I need to check was factory fitted? Also what are the extra seats like? Are they rear facing like the Volvo's and really only suitable for children?

| 9-3 vs. 900? | 16 Jan 2005 14:59 GMT | 7 |
I'm trying to replace my 1995 9000 that got run into and have just about given up on finding a decent 9000 I can afford or that I feel is worth the money they're asking for it. Tomorrow I'm looking at a 900 and a 9-3. Both SE. 900 is a 1997 with

| Convertible mobile antenna | 16 Jan 2005 12:38 GMT | 1 |
Does anyone know where to get a cheap version of the mobile phone antenna on a 2001 9-3 convertible? Someone took mine(grrr!) and they cost a ridiculous amount to replace in Australia. Also, as I don't use the phone, I could use a dummy. Any ideas?

| Possibility of Saab closure | 15 Jan 2005 22:54 GMT | 73 |
Ugh... http://msnbc.msn.com/id/6811980/ While some of this info is not news (opel vs saab factory production), the fact that the threat exists publically may spell impending doom for the

| 9-3 radio steering wheel controls | 15 Jan 2005 09:55 GMT | 4 |
I'm thinking of upgrading my stereo from the frankly weedy Saab original in my 9-3SE. I know I can get the wiring adaptor and DIN-size kit, but can I still use the steering wheel mounted controls? I'd hate to lose those. Ta

| 9-3 gas mileage? | 15 Jan 2005 07:09 GMT | 8 |
I'm wondering about gas mileage for the 9-3 (previous generation, 99-03 or whatever). What are everyone's experiences? (please note manual or automatic). I'm most interested in highway mileage, as I don't drive much locally. Matt O.

Since a couple of months I own a Classic 900 Turbo 8. Because photography, and especially car photography, is a hobby of mine, I took some photo's of my car and I've put them on my website. You can find them on: http://www.automotive-photography.com in the gallery.

My sis in law has a 90' 900, who's low fuel light won't go out. Does anyone know how to fix this off-hand? Is there a way to stop this from happening? It's not life threatening, but still.. I'd like to think it's fixable. I thought that possibly taking the battery cable and ...
