I got my 85' saab 900T yesterday, and the first thing that happens when I put gas in it... the fu$%ing key breaks. Luckily, I was able to pull out the part that was in the ignition without damaging it, put another key in and off I went.
Been ignoring this issue for a while but it's been annoying in the cold weather. The center dash vent always vents cold air even with the heat on, this is not normal is it? Should I be looking for a cracked vacuum hose behind the dash or is there something else that can cause it?
I have a transmission leak which Saab dealer says is at the rear of the transmission (gasket). Would this be a difficult job for a handy layman to attempt? Thanks
