| Reverse lights intermittent on an auto '94 900S | 14 Sep 2005 16:38 GMT | 2 |
Hi. Wondering if anyone can shed any light on how to correct an issue I have when putting the transmission into Reverse. The rear reverse lights intermittently operate. If I fool around with the auto by clicking past it and back up to Park, I get the lights to work (most times).

| My new C900 'vert has shamed me and let me down. | 14 Sep 2005 11:49 GMT | 26 |
Coming home last night, the fuel gauge started acting up. Now it has packed up totally. I don't think it is the sender as bridging the terminals at the sender end does nothing, but somehow doing it at the gauge end does (shows a

| Low Beams Out | 13 Sep 2005 18:55 GMT | 10 |
When I started my 97 Saab 900 S yesterday morning, I got a front light error. I thought I had a bad bulb. Today when I tried changing the bulb, I found both low beams out. High beam and fog lights work fine, but both low beams (and by default daytime lights) are not working. Any ...

| 2006 9-3 suspension hard | 13 Sep 2005 09:35 GMT | 6 |
Just picked up a 2006 9-3 Arc (used to be Aero?), 2.0T, etc... I like everything in the car except suspension -- its a bit too tight for city driving with potholes and irregular surfaces (NYC). Any thoughts or pointers on how to ease the ride for passengers so that

| 900 convertible buying advice | 13 Sep 2005 03:19 GMT | 3 |
I'm thinking to get a NG 900 convertible with a manual transmission. Never had a Saab before and never had a convertible before either. Basically looking for a car that has under 130k km on it (I'm in Canada) and the year could be anywhere from 94 to 97.

| Q: Viggen Frt License Bolts | 11 Sep 2005 13:16 GMT | 6 |
I just got a new bumper cap on a 00 Viggen but it did not come with holes for the license plate screws pre drilled. It has 4 small holes but they aren't threaded. Does anyone know if Saab has a kit, etc. or if the dealer has some way to get threads in there?

After a considerable time of trouble-free motoring in my 1989 C900 T8S, she let me down today :( We went off for a pleasure drive around the Yorkshire Dales and during an overtake, all power suddenly left the car ... Very much like when the fuel cut-off switch activates at high ...

| GM900 Balky Auto Shifter | 10 Sep 2005 14:29 GMT | 1 |
We just bought a '98 GM900 SE Turbo. Fine car with low miles. (First Saab since my '67 V4 96.) So far, it is good to be back, but I miss the freewheel and the plywood box under the rear seat. Anyway, here is why I am writing. The otherwise OK automatic shifter is

| 9k screenwash valves follow-up | 09 Sep 2005 18:43 GMT | 3 |
I've just replaced the two valves that lurk underneath the wing liner. Only one was stuffed, but replaced both. The one rubber pipe was so short that it was a job to get it re-attached way down the side of the pump - in fact the rubber pipe itself was so short that it wouldn't ...
