| new 9-5 epsilon 2??? | 21 Dec 2005 01:44 GMT | 5 |
They must have this wrong... http://www.autoweek.com/news.cms?newsId=103086 It's actually simply a revamp on this existing platform. And an ugly one at that. The 9-5 always had an elegant timeless style. It didn't need a major

| 93 9000 - turning off TCS | 19 Dec 2005 20:43 GMT | 6 |
Looks like the pesky TCS is acting up on my 93 9000CSET. I made a right turn, shifted to 2nd and suddenly no power. Engine at 1000rpm but felt like I was in 5th gear. Had to juggle gas & clutch to get any forward motion. Pulled over, turned off engine, restarted, everything was ...

I have a 2000 SAAB 9-5 wagon that I brought to the dealer last week for a weird sound it was making. I was told the serpentine belt needs to be replaced, but then he also said that if you take off the belt you must also replace the tensioner because it is more likely to fail if

| Replacing DI Cassette | 17 Dec 2005 13:30 GMT | 8 |
A coil (I assume that's what it is; it's a black thing shaped like some gross cow's udder) snapped off my red DI cassette. I have another one; the coils appear to be part of a black underpiece that is just screwed into the red top; and that cassette is defective. Is the transfer ...

Are these difficult to replace? Silly question. How difficult is it to replace these? I heard a weird rattling noise in the engine compartment one day and when I pulled over there was the pully still in the belt sitting there looking stupid.
