I own a 99 9-5 with 94K miles. I have two problems. 1. The seat warmers do not turn off. They are always on regardless of the switch settings. Any suggestions on how to diagnose this? I assume I have a stuck relay....

| Just about to give up on the radio -- '94 9K CSE | 14 Feb 2006 07:57 GMT | 10 |
Hi again, I have tried just about everything to get my radio going in the car. I've tried every suggestion I can find as far as getting it to accept the code. I'm seriously considering getting an aftermarket stereo.

| Saab 93 Convertible audio Problem. | 13 Feb 2006 23:22 GMT | 3 |
I have a 2000 Saab SE Convertible with the 6 speaker system. Like an Idoit I took the Saab to a local Circuit City to have the factory radio replaced. They installed a JVC KD-G510 radio and connected what they said were Saab radio wire harness.

| SeatBelt Replacement for 1996 SAAB 2.0L Convertable | 13 Feb 2006 20:37 GMT | 27 |
My driver's side seatbelt stoped working and I think I need to replace the whole assembly. The belt will not pull out from the roller and I'm thinking the spring (or whatever) is inside the roller has broken. I had a mechanic look at it and he seconds my opinion.

| Should I buy? Your thoughts | 13 Feb 2006 20:36 GMT | 11 |
My 91 9000 has died - transmission and other problems do not make it a viable project dollar-wise to justify the repairs. (193,000 miles and technically a salvage from an accident 3 years ago - front end cosmetic damage that exceeded the insurance company's limit) I'm looking at a

| LPT, FPT, HOT - How do you tell them apart? | 12 Feb 2006 20:59 GMT | 3 |
I'm looking at a 1998 9-3 SE turbo convertible which I'm thinking of buying. But how can I defintively tell what variant of turbo it is? As I understand it, it could be any of three - Low Pressure (154bhp), Full Pressure (185bhp) or HOT (200bhp). It has a turbo meter, if that ...

| In praise of Optimax. | 12 Feb 2006 20:04 GMT | 3 |
In fact I was suspicious that it was snake oil. I have tried it now and then, and wondered if it was all in the mind, but an independent article in 'Mechanics' renewed my interest. Shell claim that it can increase the bhp, especially in turbo cars, but didn't give any figures. ...

Anyone know what gas Clark Gas Stations use? I seem to get about 2 mpg increase compared to Citgo high octane in my 2004 9-3 Aero manual. I can't find anything useful on the net about Clark! Is there a history link? Dan

| Mixing ages of Saab Clarion Radios? | 10 Feb 2006 00:31 GMT | 1 |
We just bought a 1992 SAAB 900 T. It has the equalizer with the CD player that came with it originally. But, it has an after market radio, so the equalizer is not connected right now. If I take the SAAB Clarion radio out of my 86 900T, will it work with

| 1972 96 help please. | 09 Feb 2006 23:04 GMT | 3 |
I am trying to remove the body linings that are at the sides of the rear seat. The bottoms and sides come out all right, but I can't work out how the top edge is held in out. The lining is brown and there is a broad black strip across the top, just under the window, which seems

| 95 non start driving me mad! | 09 Feb 2006 01:48 GMT | 4 |
Help! An unusual expression here I guess? :) I have a 2000 95 that has a weird problem. It starts cold fine. Drive it for 15 mins, and 50% of the time, turn the key to re-start and nothing. Wait 30 mins and it starts fine, without a blush of embarresment! It's an auto, and it's
