Turbo/APC guage22 Mar 2006 18:59 GMT12
Does anybody know what the most common ailment is regarding the turbo
guage on a 900?
I'm not sure if it might be a hose or a wire.  If it is, what/where is
the cure?  Any help will be appreciated.
1988 saab 900 turbo22 Mar 2006 04:24 GMT3
Like an idiot while taking the battery I touched the side of the car.
There was a pow and a flash. Now the car wont start. I hear it trying
but it's not turning over. I checked the fuses all fine, all relays
fine, computer fine. What should I check next?
Considering a '90 900T22 Mar 2006 04:08 GMT15
The subject heading says it all: tomorrow I'm looking at a '90 900
Turbo, Edwardian Grey. It's in Winnipeg, Manitoba, but it has a US
speedometer. No rust, apparently, and the asking price is C$3900
(US$3360). Seems a tad steep, given that the Kelly Blue Book retail
Dad's knee22 Mar 2006 01:13 GMT7
What's happened to my knee then?
Woke up this morning with a sore left knee, no reason for any damage
that I know of.
I can't quite straighten it without it hurting, and I can't quite

Greetings to all of this great Saab NG:
Advice requested, please.  The heater fan on our 1999 Saab 9-5 SE has

wonder if their may be a relay or some other component that I may have
Saab on 'men and motors'21 Mar 2006 01:09 GMT4
Did anyone see the Saab feature on uk digital channel 'men and motors'?
They gave an introduction to Saab from airplanes to latest GM 9-3 sports
saloon. Though they missed a couple of things, such as 9-2x, SUV and
Variable Compression Ratio engine. But probably OK for such a short ...
New(er) SAAB for an old SAABer20 Mar 2006 13:56 GMT1
OK, as some of you "regulars" know, I have been a long time enthusiast
of both SAAB and BMW cars.  I've owned 6 different SAABs and 4 different
BMWs over the years.  Most recently I had been leaning toward the "blau
mit weis" primarily for handling performance reasons.  I still ...
thesaabsite.com down?20 Mar 2006 04:53 GMT3
Nmap says the host is up but the http port is closed.  Anyone know
what's up?
(This is exactly what's wrong with web-based fora -- one server has
whatever problem and everything's inaccessible.  Next time someone

I am negotiating for a new 05 sabb linear conv. the list on it is 37800.  I
feel the car going to be 2 years old in 6 months.  The car is brand new

i should be in.  The dealer wants 30,300 for it. Is that a fair ...
C900 funny transmission sound in 3rd19 Mar 2006 21:25 GMT7
Recently the '88 C900 (5 speed) gearbox has been making unhealthy
sounds. I've noticed a slight whine in 5th, and then more recently when
engine braking in 3rd it makes a somewhat rattly/grindy noise, not
really nasty but not healthy either. Is this a common problem? I'm
9000 rear door stuck shut..19 Mar 2006 16:37 GMT1
Can anyone help me get the rear door on our '92 9000CS LPT please?
It's been stuck shut for several months now, so I've set about it today as
it's not too cold and not raining.. yet.
I've got the interior trim panel off, so I can poke about at the mechanism,
Pulling a 900s Convertible16 Mar 2006 23:05 GMT2
I'm moving out of state from Illinois to Texas. I want to pull my 1995 Saab
900s Convertible with my Jeep Grand Cherookee, but I have no idea where to
hook up the Saab, should I pull it forward, or should I pull it backwards.
What is the best way? Do I need to pull of the bumper ...
Buying a NG900 Convertable, few questions first16 Mar 2006 20:58 GMT2
Hi all, I'm very close to buying a dark red '95 900SE Turbo Convertible
5-speed with 125,000mi on the clock. Asking price is $3500 US (firm).
The body is in fine shape for its age, no paint chips or fading. The
interior is likewise in near new condition with no rips or cracking ...
C900 pinion bearings16 Mar 2006 00:01 GMT5
So I'm beginning to think the easiest thing for me to do will be to grab
a used transmission from a wrecker and perform at least a partial
rebuild on it before sticking it in the car. Is there any way for me to
assess the condition of the pinion bearings (or rather check for ...
Extended Warranty15 Mar 2006 21:47 GMT16
Hello all! The lease on my '02 9-3 SE ends at the end of April and I am
interested in purchasing the car. However, if I buy my car I will
definitely need an extended warranty and would appreciate some advise
(which warranty company is best, pricing, options, etc.)
