| C900 1987 - Waterpump | 19 May 2006 16:50 GMT | 8 |
It's making a wheezing noise at tickover, cant hear it at higher revs. I'm sure it's the water pump. A genuine Saab part is going to cost £80+, whereas a pattern part from Elkparts or partsforsaabs is around £25.

| Still find those late-1980's 900 Turbos and SPGs very attractive, in spite of having lots of reasons to stay away | 19 May 2006 03:08 GMT | 6 |
Am I nuts? I owned a Red 1988 Turbo 900 for a little less than a year back when it was new. I loved that car, thought it was the coolest thing on the planet. But it was more than I could sensibly afford at the time and I was lucky to sell

| Lost key/remote | 18 May 2006 07:41 GMT | 5 |
Well, my mom lost one of her key/remotes for her 1999 9-5, the dealer wants $360 to replace the key, seems a little high, do I have any other options or places to get the key?

| Intermittent flat tyre | 18 May 2006 06:51 GMT | 5 |
I have a 1995 9000 Aero. So this means alloy wheels. One tyre has suddenly gone completely flat twice lately but each time re-inflating it has lasted for several weeks. So it stays fully inflated for about three weeks then suddenly goes down fast.Any ideas why this might happen?

| 1999 9-3 Alternator Pulley Noise | 16 May 2006 14:46 GMT | 10 |
The alternator pulley seems to be going a bit noisy on me. I'm assuming there's a bearing somewhere in there. Can I change just that, or should I go for the rebuilt alternator unit? I looked at a few rebuilt alternators on the web, and they don't seem to

| Saab 9-2x 2.5 Opinion | 15 May 2006 23:37 GMT | 4 |
I was given a 9-2x 2.5 non-turbo while my car is in the shop. I like the ride and handling, but the interior is cheap and the doors seem very flimsy. The engine is very touchy, hard to drive smoothly. Not worth the msrp in my opinion!

| Leather seats | 15 May 2006 19:25 GMT | 5 |
I posted a listing a couple of weeks ago about my drivers seat not tilting forward. A couple of responses later a nd a discussion with a local dealer points to the cable inside being twisted or loose? The dealer recommends stripping the seat down to untangle. Now they are

| Lights wont switch off | 15 May 2006 16:07 GMT | 5 |
My 9000 CS LPT US model 95 has developed a strange problem: Approximately every other time I switch the ignition off, the low beams don't turn off. If I then attempt to turn them off manually with the light switch, they still don't go off.

| Minimum Tire Load Rating for 2004 9-3 Aero | 14 May 2006 21:00 GMT | 4 |
It's time to replace my Pirelli PZero Rosso tires (225/45-R17 94W XL). I'd like to get something cheaper and with a better tread-life. I don't drive hard or even particularly fast, so I don't really need an "ultra-high performance" tire.
