I recently asked my (usually competent) independent mechanic if the knock sensor on my plain vanilla `85 900 was working correctly. He says I don't have one. Is he correct?

| re 99 Saab oil leak | 14 Nov 2006 23:07 GMT | 1 |
Check where it is leaking. The famous place is between Cilinderhead and Engine body just near the ingnition distributer. Solution, remove the head, renew gasket en use on the edge extra liquid gasket material. The cilinder head needs to be machined before you can put it back.
