| How Much for a New DI Cassette? | 24 Aug 2008 21:46 GMT | 10 |
I'd appreciate a ballpark estimate of how much I should expect to pay to have a new (OEM) DI cassette ( Red Top) fitted?. I'm in the Midlands (UK). I've seen them advertised at around £170ish and know that it's an easy job, but wondered what's the going cost?

Currently considering replacing my company diesel repmobile with a 9-5 Aero HOT estate (automatic), a 'Dame Edna' model. What kind of overall mpg should I expect? - I know my HR dept. may not be too happy if they're a thirsty beast, although they have authorised a

Did anyone of you ever used a EOBD CAN-BUS USB OBDII Diagnostic Interface to scan and reset codes in a Saab? The tool's advertised on Ebay as working with a variety of cars, I'm wondering if it fits a Saab 1999, 9-3, which I understand has a CARB

The alarm on my 2000 Saab 9-5 keeps going off all by itself. My mechanic says that the battery in my alarm is dying and I will need to spend several hundred dollars to get my entire alarm system replaced.

| reasonable $$ for struts | 17 Aug 2008 00:32 GMT | 11 |
I took my 97 Aero 9000 into the shop yesterday to have a safety check done prior to some summer weekend trips. I'd mentioned some clunking sounds going over bumps so asked them to check out all steering and suspension. My shop guy came back with the recommendation that I replace ...

| Starting weirdness. | 11 Aug 2008 15:24 GMT | 2 |
I've got a 1999 95 Estate and have noticed that as the level of fuel in the tank gets lower the car seems to get harder to start. Nothing major but with anything over half a tank it starts almost before you put the key in it, this deteriorates to turning over for a second or

| 2001 9-5 rear wheel alignment | 06 Aug 2008 23:48 GMT | 3 |
Both rear tires have saw-tooth, scallop wear on the inner portion of the tires. Does this car have adjustments for rear tire alignment? The shocks and springs are original which could also be a possible cause. Any thoughts?

| High coolant teperarture in mountain conditions | 01 Aug 2008 11:43 GMT | 15 |
I'm on holliday with my 2003 9-5 2.0t (automatic) in the Swiss alps. I got kind of worried how high the temperature gauge rose on a moderate climb to my appartment the other day. It got up to 3/4 of the way (see pic below).
