The odometer in my 91 SL-2 sticks and then goes into overtime, turning over like a clock. The speedometer function does not appear to be affected, however. Both the trip odo and regular odo exhibit the same anomaly.

I have a 94 saturn and when its cold out side or raining all the windows gets so foggy inside I have to roll the windows down or be constantly wiping all the windows and the defroster works only on the windshield rear glass has a defroster install in the glass it's ok ...

Bought the car two years ago, at 69000 miles, now 86000 miles, bit noisey when i bought it but became much noisier. Removed valve cover, cam sprockets badly worn, valve timing still ok. Replaced all sprockets, chain, guides, adjuster, oil seal (crank), and oil pump o-rings. Ready

Ok, I'm just getting curious here - the knock sensor in my '93 SC2 controls the ignition timming to prevent ping.. How on earth do I know if the sensor's working? I'm not getting any trouble codes, but that really doesn't mean much. And I'm getting lousy mileage that i still

was able to remove the EGR solonoid to test with ohmmeter & tested ok. (Saturn 94 1.9) The cannister purge is unassesable & will have to wait for a mechanic. Here is more background with the symptoms:

About 6 months ago I had a local mechanic replace the valve cover gasket on my 96 SL2. Now I noticed the spark plug well has oil in it. It was about a half inch deep. Is the gasket bad again or is there another problem? Thanks,
