I have a problem with my 04 ION.  It is the coupe with the rear doors that
open to the rear.  At slower speeds there is a squeaking noise (sounds like
an old school bus).  Sounds like possibly the rear door hinges but the doors
are obviously closed at the time.

It appears master cylinder is leaky- no fluid leaks, but pedal mysteriously
drops while sitting at a light sometimes, slight release of foot pressure

My son's Saturn was losing antifreeze and I was afraid it was going
into the engine oil.  A trip to the local GM dealer (nearest Saturn
dealer is 240 miles and I didn't want to drive it this far) revealed
coolant in the oil.

Are there any recalls on 2002 sc2?  I'm living in Canada if that matters.

I own a '92 Saturn SL2...has anyone with the similar make/model used an echo
tip or have any suggestions/opinions about using them. Personally I like the
semi-big sound that comes out of them.

Has anyone had a problem when braking and the vehicle slows down to 25-30
mph?  Our '04 VUE has a distinct shimmy when braking?  Would this be covered
by the warranty?  We purchased the vehicle in Jan'05 and have about 8,000
miles on it.

I let my Saturns temp guage go up to three quarters to see if the fan would
cut in. It took a while, but it did. I shut off the car before it was
finished cooling down. When I got out, there was coolant all over the
