What's this I read about GM closing down the Saturn plant?
Anybody know the details?

Ok gang, I'm curious what might be causing this one:
I don't know how long this has been going on (usually drive with radio
on) but lately I've noticed a clunking noise in the left front wheel
when I brake.

The driver's side (naturally...) shoulder strap retractor has stopped

Wonder why we never hear about epidemic flaws in NEW cars on National
Public Radio's CAR TALK. (cartalk.com) The only calls they screen and
take on the air have to do with problems of older cars (out of
warranty)!

Hello, please help as I am running out of ideas.
My wife drives a 99 SL1 with 72,000k on it.  Within the last 6 months
it has started to loose it's power and is running rough at idle and
throughout the speed range.  It also pings when accelerating, but

The car looks different.
It appears to be a 4 door, dark tint sedan.
The license plate seems to have been moved from the back of the trunk to
below the trunk, in the bumper.

Recently my 94 SL2 automatic with ABS has been unable to start.  The
problem appeared once, went away, and then reappeared for good a few
days later.  The problem is that the car will turn over and immediately
die.  The engine appears to fire for a few revs, and the tach deflects,

I recently replaced my battery in my 96 saturn SL1. Now that i put the new
battery in however, the rear defogger/defroster and the seatbelt reminder
light dont work. Im not sure if its a fuse or another problem.
Anyone have any suggestions, or maybe have had the same problem and ...

I purchased a 2000 SL used that didn't have a manual in it. I have a
question concerning the locks-electric. They used to open automatically when
we stopped the car and shut automatically when we started driving. Now they
don't. Is there a switch that causes this?

This Saturn S1 (1998) runs good most of the time but will after running for
a good long time will sometimes begin chugg1ng and running rough.  There is
a trouble code in the computer for coolant sensor, but of course the car
does not misbehave like this whenever the mechanic has ...

I have a 92 saturn sl sohc 1.9L When I hit my brakes my dash lights, and my
parking lights come on even with the key out of the ignition. or when I am
driving as soon as I hit my brakes the dash lights get brighter. Could it
