This is bizarre. I wonder if anybody's done this. I got a letter in the
mail the other day from Saturn saying that on my wife's '05 Vue, after
flat towing with it for seven hours I have to do this wierd transmission
procedure - put it in all gears.

My wife bought a 2005 Ion and has  put 4000 miles on it so far. The oil
life warning has yet to signal a time for a change. The dealer says
bring it in every 3000 mile, but at $40 a pop, I think they are more
interested in making money. What is normal on these?

So for the 2nd time the fall season is too much for the 2005 ION.
The check engine light appears and disappears constantly.
The car is normally parked in the garage but if left outside in blowing
snow one is guaranteed to some sort of trouble.

    I have a 98 SC2 with a stock Radio/Tape/Equalizer.  It won't turn
on anymore although the clock is working and when I depress the volume
knob, the display lights up.  It's acting like I have the car off.  It

The SL2 starts when I back-off on the clutch while turning the key in the
ignition, which seems to indicate the range for the Starter Safety Switch
Operation is compromised.  According to the Owner's Manual, the car should
start ONLY when the clutch is on the floor.  Can anyone help ...

I have had this problem before and all I did was replace the battery with a
new one from Autozone about 5 months ago. This just started happening again
a few days ago. I took the battery back and had them charge it over nite,
but when I put it back in the car it started and ran fine ...

The ignition cyliner has locked on a 2000 Saturn Wagon.  I have read this is
a common problem. Does anyone know how to replace the lock cylinder.

but here's my story. I own a used (not previously owned) Saturn which
has had its share of problems. Over the summer the SES light came on
and I took it to the dealer who said there was "a small emissions leak"

Airbag comes on when the interior of the car is below freezing. Once the
interior of the car warms up, upon restart the airbag light goes off. Any
ideas?
